What happens when a call is too complex for the AI?
It gets a human. You define escalation rules during setup: emergencies, upset callers, existing customers, billing disputes, or simply any caller who asks for a person. The agent transfers the call live to you or your on-call contact and passes along a summary of the conversation. If nobody is reachable, it takes a detailed message and notifies your team immediately.
How long does setup take?
